This spacious beachfront home boasts a private pool located right off the back of the home with stunning ocean views. This home is able to sleep up to 10 guests with a king bed and twin bed in the master bedroom with a full bath, two full beds in the second, one full bed and one twin in the third, and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom features a HD TV. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room with large windows and sliding doors gives magnificent uninterrupted views of the ocean. Enjoy breathtaking views from your private balcony, cook dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen, or walk down to the gulf and spend the day at the beach. You will have a hard choice between relaxing with beautiful views of the sea or a refreshing swim in the pool.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
