The unit accommodates up to six people with one king bed and two full beds arranged as bunk beds. Hidden Beach is in a great location in Barrier Dunes overlooking the lighted tennis/pickleball courts. It is close to both community swimming pools and is only a few minutes walk to the beach! Hidden Beach is one of those special places that is perfect for a single family, snowbirds, or friends looking for just the right place to stay in paradise! As you come up the stairs, the first floor welcomes you into an open and bright living/dining/kitchen area. The townhome is tiled throughout, which is absolutely perfect for the beach. You quickly know you're simply going to love it here. The living area is comfortable and has plenty of room to relax after a fun day in the sun. And there is a nice flat screen TV to enjoy a movie night. The living area opens onto a great resurfaced deck that gets the morning sun, making it the perfect place for your first cup of coffee. With a table & chairs and a gas grill, it's also a ideal space for outdoor dining. A wonderful benefit of this property is having a bedroom on the main level. This bedroom has bunk beds and sleeps up to four people. Each bed is full-sized, but the top bunk is more suitable for kids - not adult-sized guests. The room is sunny and cheerful, and offers you a small peek at the Gulf. This bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen TV, as well as a wonderful little balcony that offers a great place to sit and watch the glorious sunsets. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination on the main level, located between the kitchen and the bedroom. The entire second level is a huge, private master suite that offers a quiet, peaceful place where you cannot help but relax and unwind. There is more than enough room to unpack and settle in. The spacious deck is a great place to enjoy the morning sun, with a view of the tennis courts and swimming pool. And the large flat screen tv allows you to "chill out" and enjoy a little personal downtime. The en-suite has a large double vanity, and a full bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. There is even a distant view of the Gulf from the master bathroom. On this level, there is also a large walk-in closet and a laundry room with a front loading washer and dryer. Directly across the street from Hidden Beach is the path that leads you along the community green space, through the gazebo, and onto the sugary white sand. You are only a 2 minute stroll to the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Hidden Beach has a beach closet filled with accessories for you to relax and enjoy the sun - including 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach cart to help you easily get everything to the beach or pool. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, with hot & cold water so you can comfortably rinse off the sand when you get back from the beach. Barrier Dunes is a great community for guests of all ages. The streets are safe for walking your dog as well as for your children or grandchildren to play or ride bikes. Along with two pools and two tennis/pickle ball courts, there are also three beach access points, a wonderful playground with new equipment, and ponds, where kids also love to feed the resident turtles. Large enough for our group of 6 (2 kids) Very private and lowkey. Everything was provided that we needed and extras (beach cart, buckets, chairs, etc) were a plus! It was clean- well organized- close enough to beach and pool . Kitchen had enough to cook full meals. Bring kid cups/silverware if traveling with kids! Outdoor shower was an amazing feature . No beach cart for use but chairs were comfy and useful at ocean. Would recommend this rental to anyone! Just short walk from the beach (90 seconds). The local real estate team that supports the property was superb in helping us resolve some small issues (anyone who doesn't expect issues is unrealistic). We had a wonderful, relaxing time in this beautiful, immaculate condo just a short walk from the beach. The owners have made everything so easy! From supplying beach equipment to having a washer and dryer in the unit, these details made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Being so close to the beach was the absolute cherry on top. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and had all of the essentials to celebrate my golden retriever's 15th birthday. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and perfect for cooking in. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to make meals. There are a few restaurants nearby that we enjoyed too. Cape San Blas is pretty sleepy and there is not a ton to do if the weather is chilly or windy. However, we found the town to be really family friendly and sweet. ##### Lori W.
