Gulf Views and Steps to the Beach– This three bedroom/ two and a half bath home is located Mexico Beach and has everything needed for that perfect beach vacation. The open parking underneath the home, as well as additional parking in the driveway on the side of the home, offers ample space for you bring multiple vehicles. This beautiful home has one flight of stairs outside from the parking area up to the deck and upper level of the house– however an elevator is also available to the renters downstairs on the first level. The elevator starts at the ground floor and goes to the top level of the home. Located on the ground floor is a small living area, a spacious bedroom with a closet, and a half bath with toilet and sink. Both the living area and bedroom are equipped with smart TVs for guest use. The second/upper level is where you will find the delightfully laid out kitchen, living room and dining area, sunroom, and two bedrooms and bathrooms— with amazing gulf views from multiple areas. In the kitchen you will find a stove with oven, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, microwave, and pantry. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking items needed to be that chef you have also wanted to be! The dining area is just off of the open kitchen, and has a spacious table that seats six. This level also includes a wonderful sunroom, perfect for anytime of day, with breathtaking views of the Gulf and unbelievable sunsets. It is by far the best location to enjoy your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine, while you watch the waves! Enjoy the laid back beaches and beautiful sunsets from the deck or patio, or walk down to the beach and relax while listening to the peaceful sound of the ocean. Need at little more action? Grab your fishing pole and fish from the shore, walk along the shoreline and find sea shells, go crabbing, watch the dolphins play or watch the sea turtles hatch. Listing could use updated photos of these changes. Did find elevator to be inconveient to travel between floors. Either had to use elevator or outdoor steps. Beautiful Home & Décor though there were some problems. the stairs are on the outside no internal stairs, the Elevator exterior door handle is a odd twist that is barely assessable from the inside of the Elevator and multiple times a family member couldn't open the door from the inside, or both doors had to be closed to "call" the elevator to a floor and when the downstairs entrance door Deadbolt malfunctioned my family could not get in or to the second floor. (If you lift the door handle the Electronic lock would lock and unlock but you had to lift on the handle) The bath towel's were less than Quality and some had dirt or makeup on them, my Mother said hers were "So Thin and had Holes" The shower curtain rod in the hall bath was hanging on an angle and the bath Threshold was split/broken and if you step on your barefoot was pierced by a finishing nail... mine was twice. The Threshold in the kitchen was loose and just pushed in place. There was a pillow on the couch with a split Zipper, the Air Conditioners need serviced, the Sun Room A/C was so musky we kept the door shut and could not use the room, the top floor A/C was musky but not as bad as the sunroom, the ground floor seemed ok. We used our own Beach Towels as we couldn't find any in the house. So the House and Décor were beautiful, the amenities needed to be fixed/repaired and the Towels definitely needed to be replaced. The amount of Money we spent on a two night stay... None of these problems should exist. ##### Greg Z. We spent one month there and we now understand why people return year after year. The house was beautiful as advertised, with fantastic ocean views.
