From the minute we arrived the staff was welcoming, the room was very nice and clean, the pool was nice , the free breakfast was very good. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling through Springhill, or just need a get away for a few days. I will Definitely stay here again...

The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. Unfortunately it was other guests that we could hear being loud above us at night and slamming doors early in the morning. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, the breakfast was really good, and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. Our room was adorable, especially the cute little towel designs—they were such a thoughtful and fun touch! 😊 The staff was absolutely incredible—everyone was so nice, welcoming, and helpful. One person who really made our stay special was James. He was super friendly, genuinely welcoming, and always offered his assistance with anything we needed. His kindness and great attitude really stood out and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

ohhhh This Hotel was so much better than our last one! My husband and I got to Spring Hill, FL and this hotel was amazing! The night clerk was Ryan, and found out he was the manager. The crew were super nice the entire time! The room was just gorgeous! Lots of space, the TV works, bigger bathroom – took time to figure out how to turn off the shower knob, but my husband, Chuck, figured it out. Ryan was super helpful with food recommendations, too. Love the chez chairs and loved that there was an elevator. There was a small fridge but the freezer was big enough for the ice packs. And two sinks! Perfect for the both of us! I enjoyed the free parking for the hotel and it was easy to get to from our friend's house. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff Brittany and Beth were very helpful with all my questions and making me feel welcome. My room was clean and housekeeping did not nothing me when my son was on the door. (I often find that that is ignored many places) I would definitely recommend this property.
