Looking for quality family time and relaxation, then look no further, you found your serene beach escape! Beautifully styled home with aircon, ocean views and a pool. Enjoy the comforts of indoor/outdoor living with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that flow into a spacious covered outdoor entertainment area overlooking the pool. 3 bedrooms are upstairs with the 4th being downstairs by itself with its own ensuite. Lighthouse beach a 400m walk away, Surf Club and cafe 500m walk, Watonga shops 1.4km away and Port Macquarie CBD 12 minutes drive. Free WIFI, linen provided. Small non-shedding pets on request only, pre-approval required. Plenty of driveway and street parking. BEDDING 4 beds in total: 1x King, 2x Queens, 3x Singles Bedroom 1 Master: 1x King bed and ensuite bathroom, ocean views Bedroom 2: 1x Queen, bathroom between bedroom 2 and 3 Bedroom 3: 2x Singles Bedroom 4: 1x Queen and 1x single with ensuite THE SPACE Enter the front door into the first floor featuring gorgeous ocean views in the open space living, dining and kitchen. The generous master bedroom and ensuite next to the living room with ocean views also. Bedroom 2 and 3 off the family room with a bathroom to share in between including a bathtub and walk in shower. Large alfresco out the back connecting to the pool and laundry. Downstairs you will find a parents getaway or kids retreat! Bedroom 4 is by itself downstairs with its own ensuite and smart TV. PETS ON REQUEST ONLY, PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED Small non-shedding dogs are allowed on request. Pets not allowed in bedrooms, on lounges or on beds.
