This beautiful Harbor Town is a 3 bedroom(K/ Q/ 2Twins ), 2.5 bath, two car garage eight-plex style two-story unit located on the marina. Unit is 1760 sq. ft. balcony view of the the bay wtih outside patio furniture and a gas grill, and dock. This Harbor Town is fully furnished with WI-FI throughout the house. Access to 3 pools, professional PGA Golf Course( with fee access), tennis courts, fitness room and clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding ,and wild life preserve .
