The weather was gloomy this summer for much beach time but it access to the beach was just a 2 minute walk. The condo was also an excellent launching point for day trips to Santa Barbara and a boat ride to the Channel Islands. ##### Rashmi B. We loved everything about this property. Austin is a great host. He helped us with a couple of glitches and was very attentive! The apartment has been completely updated with high end everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is located just outside of the primary bedroom patio and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The bedrooms were roomy and had large closet. The shower in the master was huge and the fireplace in the master a nice touch. The kitchen was well appointed and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised at all the great accommodations. Felt like a home away from home. We cooked, we did our dishes, and felt very at home there.
