« Le personnel du restaurant Oasis était au top. En revanche l’accès à la chambre dans les dépendance est un véritable parcours du combattant, volet roulant cassé, bruit de la climatisation, infiltration d’eau, chasse d’eau cassée… alors que les chambres sont sensée avoir été rénovées. On nous a changé de chambre mais volet roulant également cassé et chasse d’eau également dysfonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner très moyen. 4 étoiles s’est surévalué… »

"L’infrastructure même si vieillissant est bien. Jolie terrasse avec une très belle vue. Il y a 3 piscines et non 7, je n’appelle pas « piscine » les petits bassins à jacuzzi. Les chambres sont correctes. Absence de cafetière ou théière. Nos chambres etaient pres de la route donc reveil ave le bruit des camions poubelles pénibles. Il y a 2 restaurants et vous êtes attribués à l’un ou à l’autre. Pas de liberté pour en changer. Si vous n’êtes pas Italien vous êtes traités sans ménagement ou respect. Personel très désagréable. Pas de notion de service. Les seuls sympas sont le personnel du bar. Prendre seulement le petit dejeuner, le repas du soir est franchement très moyen, ça ne vaut pas la peine. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours et avons finis par manger à l’extérieur les deux derniers soirs. On est obligé de prendre une demi ou une bouteille de vin avec les repas. Pas de possibilité de prendre un verre…Ils ne changent pas les linges de plages (ce qui est dégoûtant) et vous confisquent votre passeport. De façon générale très décevant."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The hôtel has a nice vintage décor with an amazing roof terrace where you can enjoy the jacuzzi and the sunset. The breakfast has a large choice menu and on demand coffee. "
