However key points: 1) interior:not bad, its comfortable- pull out had used/stained sheets which seemed to be turned inside out to hide what appeared to be makeup stains. Noxious smell emanating from sewer constantly which is no suprise given it is an RV. 2) exterior- needs a wash and the patio and banister were dirty a quick wipe would make it look much more appealing.
