"Made our reservation Check-in stated 3 pm Arrived at 1:40 after hours and hours of travel To be told early check- in Charge of $35 would be applied Not stated when reservation made Had recently travelled-no early check in Charges - Never Heard of Such a Thing We declined Waiting in the car And the sitting in the front lobby near to the check in area Took the COMFORT right out of the name - learned later that.it was part of La Quinta -Where we had often stayed- no early check in- Will not recommend this hotel Room was clean Pool and hot tub spa clean High off the ground bed hard to get in and out e- way too high off the floor - step stool or springboard needed for some … or a chairlift assist!!! "

"horribly over priced the rooms are very basic and you can hear everything ib the hallway! This price i paid was definitely not worth it!!! the business center is an open table with a printer that i couldn’t get it to print since i didn’t have my computer. allowed big electric trucks take up the whole side of the parking lot bu the side entrance so i was forced to park way out in the parking lit and walk in the dark! theTv kept freezing up and the wifi never worked, the laundry has one washer and one dryer. the discription and wgst was there totally don’t match!!! i wouldn’t recommend this hotel ever and for being hilton it was lacking!!! The price of 227$ 550$ for two nights is totally unacceptable. the only half decent thing was the breakfast even tho it was the same each day. not happy and will never stay there again nor will anyone i know!!! "

"Rooms are outdated. Handicap room had no vanity, shower head was small, hard to regulate water temperature, showerhead from the Flintstone age. Ok place to stay if you are just looking for something clean. Overly placed for you are actually getting."

" House was clean and well kept. Great view from the lanai. Very relaxing watching the boats go by. Very friendly people in and around the neighborhood. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool, but we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. "
