The Space:

The Good Stuff is a beautiful beachfront home with stunning 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico -from almost anywhere in the house! Watch the sun rise from the deck, or just take a few steps and you're onto the beach yourself.



This luxurious, over 2000 square foot home comfortably sleeps 15, and features tasteful beach decor and comfortable furnishings with room for the whole family, including an enormous kitchen with bar seating and a dining room table that seats 12. The living area has sectional seating and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen features all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare family meals, including a regular drip coffee maker for those sunrise mornings!



There is a primary suite on the top level of the home, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a second suite with a king bed on the main floor. Two more guest bedrooms have a king size bed in each. The 5th bedroom will amaze your children - it is a pirate-themed bunk room that can sleep 7! The room includes a full over full bunk bed; a bunk set with 3 twin beds and a bunk set with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms include televisions, and high speed internet is available so that you can stream your favorite shows and utilize your own devices.



While the upstairs deck has amazing views, you can also relax downstairs - there is ample parking for all your guests, as well as a charcoal grill. And if you want to get out and visit the rest of the Crystal Beach community, you're just minutes from local restaurants and shops!



The Good Stuff is the perfect place to relax and make memories with family and friends; come enjoy this perfect location!



Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is welcome with additional fee. Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Loved the location. Wasn’t very clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. We also wish there would have been an outdoor shower. We didn’t have one so we ended up getting sand all in the house and only found a broom with no dust pan. I recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets! I will say the AC worked great and the house had all the cooking utensils we needed.

Great house and location - needs TLC

This property has a great layout and is wonderfully located steps away from the beach. The large table and family area were perfect for our family. The house, however, needs inside paint and attention to general maintenance such as missing door knobs and slow draining sinks. It also needs a deep clean as we found garments in closets from previous guests, items left under the couch, as well as dirty dishes, cabinets, and refrigerator. The upper floor MBR door wasn’t functional and apparently hasn’t been for awhile. The linens, although packaged, did it appear clean. Not sure if these items are up to the owner or the management company, but something needs to be done so other guests can enjoy this property.

Family Friendly Beach House

The Good Stuff (house name) is right on the beach which was super! That being said, vehicles are allowed on the beach in this area so keep that in mind if you have small children. Not everyone behind the wheel is attentive! The house was big enough for 9 adults and 5 kids to sleep and hang out comfortably. Like most beach houses, there are areas that could use a little TLC but the house really did fit our family’s needs well. The 4 main bedrooms all had comfortable king size beds and the bunk bed room housed all 6 grandkids. Sitting on the deck allowed views of the beach as far as the eye could see. Nice place!

Overall great

While there are a lot of rules, which we completely understand, the additional charges seemed a bit excessive. The house is amazing and perfectly located!!! The DIRECTV did not work, and when I called to report it, they told me that the owner is having the DIRECTV removed and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. We were able to connect to smart tv and watch the game, but otherwise we had an absolute fantastic time.

Family and friends vacation

It was an amazing place, I have 2 foreign students from Germany and France and they surely love the place and they even have to FaceTime their parents to show the whole house, and they want their parents from their country to come and stay at the same place, my friends and her family enjoyed it too much, overall we are very please about the place. The Good Stuff house

We had a lot of fun. It’s in a great location. They charge a lot to use the freight lift (my friends down the street it was included). It would have been really nice to have use of the freight elevator however at that price we did not include it. They charge for linens. Nothing provided (such as mini dishwasher detergent) so be sure to bring your own or grab it on your way over. There did seem to be some items left from other renters so we did leave a full roll of our TP in each restroom in case the next renters came late. The home itself needs some updating (paint, couple cabinets not closing correctly, handle missing from bedside table and paint chipping and it appeared leak in roof above master because dark spotting around vents in ceiling), little things. It did not appear to have been cleaned very well prior to our arrival (inside or out). We had to bag up other peoples trash that was just thrown near trash bins and not bagged HOWEVER you will love the long dining table and open kitchen/living room area. The view from the windows and deck are glorious. The master upstairs with its own balcony is really cool. The kids room with bunks is really cool. It is a nice house and very nice property managers at Swedes. We had a great long weekend with family. We definitely suggest renting a golf cart to see more of the Peninsula. We had great food at Steves Landing & Momma Mias pizza and the store Latitude Surf Shop is great!!

Great place with a stunning view!

I was a little taken back when I realized the huge difference in what it showed on home away as the price. Its fair to share the price they show is an "average" so make sure you double check the actual price in checkout. However that wasn't on the rental company and we didn't mind the cost for our occasion. The place was beautiful and had plenty of room. The decor is very charming and we really enjoyed our stay! We would stay there again in the future!

We had a wonderful time!

This house was perfect for our family gathering! We had a wonderful time! The beach was great! This was a fun for everyone vacation. We all got to sit at one table together to eat our meals and everybody got to go to bed when they wanted and get up when they wanted. The linen service wasn't that great. For the amount that was charged, we could have gone to Target or WalMart and purchased what was provided. The towels smelled like mildew and the toilet paper was terrible!! A quick trip to the store fixed that, tho. We still had an awesome time!!
