This amazing, Beachfront!, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house has everything you can imagine and more. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It sleeps 20 and has enough room for plenty of gathering. It sits less than 50 feet from the beach, with a walkway and has a beautiful salt water pool (not heated) and heated spa. This house has it all. The Open concept Kitchen, living room, dining room has plenty of room for everyone to visit, spend group together time, have family games and still have plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The deck accents the house with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Sit on the deck and sun and listen to the relaxing sound of the Gulf waves as they splash onto the sandy shore. Each of the 3000 square feet of this amazing property is swathed in luxury, from the iridescent tiles on the pool (not heated) and hot tub, to the comfortable plush and spacious bedrooms. There are large screen TV’s in every bedroom, with access to Hulu live streaming. Bed and Bath Setup, 5 bedrooms, loft and 5 baths, sleeps 20 Downstairs, on the right - a king bedroom, hallway bath, and another king bedroom Downstairs on the left - a king bedroom with private bath, a bedroom with 2 queens and a private bath Upstairs - loft with bath, and a king bedroom with private bath The loft has 3 sets of twin/twin bunks Living room has a queen sofa sleeper Additional information: We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings. There is an outdoor gas grill. Propane will be available. There are both types of coffee pots available. Events are not allowed. Prom groups are allowed, max 20 guests, 3 of the guests must be parents staying on the property. There will be an additional, non-refundable prom fee of $1000, this will need to be added after booking. Please contact us for approval before booking. Pets allowed, max 2 dogs ONLY, pet fee is $200, may need to be added after booking. Must be 25 yrs old to book. There is parking available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. No parking on the grass or street. We do not supply beach chairs or umbrellas. We will have beach towels available. Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund. Excellent time spent in the pool. One thing is the bird poop around the pool area when we arrived was a lot. Not sure if the property is inspected before guests arrive. My husband hosed it off. Another minor thing is the propane grill was not up to par but we made do. Probably should be replaced. Also I couldn’t find a sheet set or blanket for the pull out couch. Good thing I brought my own. A big plus is that the AC was cold! Loved it. Another nice bonus is that beach towels were provided! Excellent job on that. We celebrated 3 birthdays and it was such a wonderful experience! We plan on renting again for same time next year! The balconies have amazing views of the ocean, outside seating was comfortable for visiting and playing games, and the pool and hot tub added to the stay. Jojo and Mara, the management group, was very attentive to our needs and made my spouses birthday special by assisting me with getting cookies for the occasion. We will be back! ##### Linda R. Beautiful home, great accommodations; it looks better than the pictures online. We would stay again. It comfortably accommodated 20 adults. ##### Jackie B. The location of the property was excellent. It was private and right off the beach, which we loved. We had over 16 women at this location, and each person could sleep comfortably. The bathrooms were set up perfectly for each person was able to get dressed and move around and everything perfectly. The walk to the beach was fantastic the views were amazing. I can’t say enough about this location. I believe I will stay here again for next year. ##### Shay H. My family spent 5 days at Seaside Sanctuary and we could not have been happier. With 6 adults and 3 children (one baby) we had more than enough room to spread out. And the upstairs was the perfect space for the kids! I always try to look for something that might make the stay better for the next guest and mention it in my review. I cannot think of anything that would have made our stay better. From being steps away from the beach, to everyone having their own bathroom, perfectly appointed bedrooms and TVs everywhere to watch the World Series - even downstairs in the amazing pool and hot tub! This was the perfect family vacation spot! We will be back - no question! Thank you for making this time so special! ##### Amy L. It was very accommodating for our family, Very Clean and well stocked with the essentials. The sidewalk and bridge over the dunes was so nice to have when walking to the beach. The swimming pool was a hit with our littles. It was a relief from the Sun when needed. Also...having the access of the lift was a plus when carrying things up. The only thing I found negative is if you have little ones, there is no gate on the top deck securing the stair way. Our family had the best time. We will rent again. ##### Kimberly Sizemore W.
