Here are some important rules/notes regarding the property: ➤ No Smoking Please do not smoke inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee that will be used for odor removal. ➤ No more than 12 guests The beach house sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. The septic system can be damaged when used by an excessive number of guests. ➤ No parties or events We would appreciate if you could treat our home as if it was your own. The quiet hours for the area are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Our check-in times is flexible so you can arrive as late as you'd like, but please be mindful of noise to respect our neighbors - many of which are local residents. ➤ No pets Although we do love animals ourselves, due to the home being new construction with all new furniture, we have made the difficult decision to not allow pets at this time. Violation of this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit ($250). Please be advised that the property has 2 floodlight security cameras on the front and the back of the property that are recording both audio and video. These cameras remain on 24/7 for security purposes. Additionally, we do require both a $0.00 security deposit hold to be paid in full prior to your stay (refunded 1 day after your stay assuming the property hasn't been damaged) and a rental agreement to be signed (with valid government-issued photo ID uploaded). The house was perfect to house 2 teams of sailors and families. The host, Chris, was more than accommodating, and a joy to work with. The house itself is well kept and very modern. They have a washers/dryer, and all other amenities from home. The walk to the beach is only about a half mile or slightly more. There is a game room down stairs with a ping pong table, and a load of board games up stairs. My kids had a blast and never had any problems remaining occupied. The Fire Pit, Ping Pong/Garage Game Room and Beach supplies were perfect! The Breezy Turtle mural, home beach decor along with the adorable sea animal towel art creations on each bed gave the home a unique feel. We were close enough to the beach to feel and hear it from the deck and just a short walk with the beach wagon to the beach to experience a relaxing Spring Break.
