Bunk beds were sturdy so we felt safe. Access to the back water was good. We caught several trout / croakers back there. Area is gated and surroundings quiet which we love. Neighbors were very nice ! Only less than positive was the grill was charcoal so I wasn’t prepared for that and there was minimal cleaning supplies so I purchased some so we could clean up properly. Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to electricity being cutoff to island due to tornadoes destroying transmission lines.
