"We had an excellent time here! It was low season, so everything was peaceful and quiet. The staff — especially the manager, Huseyin — were all so friendly and welcoming. everything was peaceful and quiet. The staff — especially the manager, Huseyin — were all so friendly and welcoming. We originally booked a deluxe room, but they kindly upgraded us to a larger one, which was a lovely surprise. Housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was included — a nice, traditional Turkish breakfast with something a little different each morning. It was great value for money. If you’re planning to stay at Alacati Marina palace it’s best to have a car, as there isn’t much public transport to the town centre. Taxis are available, but some charge quite a lot for short distances. On our departure day, we had an early flight and booked a taxi, but it got cancelled last minute. Thankfully, the manager went out of his way to drive us to the airport himself — such a kind gesture! (It’s about an hour and fifteen minutes away.) On our first day, the hotel recommended a nearby fish restaurant called Freddy Baba. The food was fine but nothing special, and we found it quite pricey for two people only a grilled fish and some mezze we paid £100— though of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway! "

"Spa was the biggest disappointment - hamam (steam room) was without steam, jacuzzi with tepid water of 33 degrees Celsius and sauna was off until we showed up so had to wait almost an hour to get temperature to 80 degrees. Polite but helpless spa attendant and hotel staff. "

"Very quiet, almost deserted in mid October, and surrounding area very ready for off-season maintenance. Would be very noisy in the summer because rooms overlook courtyards of bars & restaurants. We had a spacious, tasteful and comfortable one-bedroom unit that would suit a family with two children. But it seemed quite dark in October, no balcony or patio, and cleaning was superficial. Kept wanting to buy some mould spray for the shower but not my job at a hotel! Lovely large bathroom but needs some maintenance and a really good clean. Also be great if the room had a work desk or table and chair/s. Breakfast staff lovely. Disappointed only allowed one omelette between two and no coffee. "

"The resort was very beautiful but seemed to be in need of basic repairs and maintenance. The staff was also inattentive at times and would not respond to your needs in a timely manner. There was also a night club nearby the resort that would play loud music until around 2am which was very disturbing. Overall our stay was nice but the hotel has issues that really need to be addressed. "
