The property is located in a residential complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the panoramic views from the property and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing and garden furniture. **Location** Poreč, district Kukci. The holiday home is located in a residence, on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. Access is via a path (asphalted).
