Close to the beach, nature reserves and the local pub, this property really does have it all. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite and balcony with stunning views of Poole Harbour, just a 5 minute walk away. A large garden and patio, complete with outdoor lounge furniture, and open-plan living space makes this a perfect find for family holidays or group getaways. Free parking (on drive). The space Accessibility: This property includes a downstairs bedroom and an en-suite with walk-in shower as well as a bath. There is a ramp to access the garden from the patio but please note there is a small step to enter the property. The back doors can be folded out to provide a wide entrance for wheelchair users. Guests can enjoy the use of Terrestrial TV and complimentary Netflix, with access to other smart channels such as NOW TV and BBC iPlayer throughout their stay. The kitchen includes a beer/wine chiller as well as the usual basic amenities. Full bedding, towels and kitchen basics provided as standard for each bed listed. Large dining room table perfect for families with seating made for 8 guests. Outdoor lounge furniture for when the sun comes out. Secure side-gate installed for complete privacy. Travel-cot and baby bath provided. Any food and drinks included in photos are NOT included. There is a desk in one of the upstairs bedrooms for a work-friendly space. Guest access The entirety of the property is available to guests. This includes every room of the house, the front drive, back garden and patio, and the balcony. One of our party was elderly with mobility restrictions and the ground floor en-suite bedroom was ideal for her needs. We also had our 18 month old grand daughter with us and she loved the space to run around as well as the toys provided. The cot and highchair for her were both excellent.The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. All the bedding was of exceptional quality and the beds were really comfortable - often an issue with holiday lets. We very much appreciated the welcome hamper and in particular the Prosecco to help us get the celebrations off to a good start.Luke was very helpful and quick to respond to questions before our stay. The location was brilliant - easy to get into Poole and out to the Vineyard./ Also the local beach and Hamworthy Park were a hit with our Grand daughter.We would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area. ##### Anthony A. We booked a 7 day stay and unfortunately the water pressure was too low to enable the showers to function effectively, and at times not at all. This took 5 days to be rectified, communication with the manager was poor, he did not visit the property, although he lived locally, and some of our time was spent trying to sort our the problem ourselves, subsequently this turned into a major frustration which should not be the case on your holiday.Accommodation great, customer service poor!! In summer, the open plan dining into garden area with the sliding doors makes for a perfect area for chilling throughout the day and evening. The balcony also has a beautiful view out to what I think is a harbour. The location is also ideal, with a pub and shop nearby and not a long way to go to get into Poole. We hired bikes for the weekend from Kool Bike Hires Bournemouth and used these to get around to places like Poole harbour and the sandbanks. All in all, I would 100% recommend this house and will definitely book again if we were ever to come back into the Poole / Bournemouth area. 10/10! ##### hannah m. We were two families of 4 and had plenty of space. The property is really large and very clean and modern. There is a large utility with sink washing machine and tumble dryer and drying rack and so on which was very useful for beach towels etc. Everything very nicely decorated and kitted out for 8 people. The garden is a good size with apple and pear trees and you can aee the sea from the balcony of the master bedroom. The house is a short walk from Ham Common which is a lovely spot for a walk. Poole Quay and Sandbanks etc. are about 10-15 mins away in the car. We ate in the Yachtsman which is at the end of the road and also the Red Lion a short walk away and both served very reasonable pub grub. We had a lovely stay and the open plan kitchen area with seating is much better then it looks in the photos which was great for 6 adults to relax and catch up. ##### Emma W. It offers privacy and lots of open shared areas that you can spend time together in. The bedrooms were large and spacious. The master bedroom offered an amazing balcony with a stunning view. The attention to detail was excellent ie highchair, cot, baby bath and toys plus the welcome hamper and several basic food items. Correspondence with Luke was excellent and he was extremely efficient and helpful. We stayed with our two children, their partners and our grandchild and it was just perfect for us all.
