### Snowdrop Lovely caravan, veranda and dogs stay free at Rockley Park Poole Dorset

Snowdrop is situated on Haven's award-winning Rockley Park offering a wealth of facilities for you and your family to enjoy with a small beach, water sports, swimming pools and activities (charges apply).  
  
With breathtaking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings. It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. There is plenty to do for all ages, giving you all you need for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.  
  
Modern spacious 3 bedroom holiday home with veranda. Snowdrop is conveniently situated on Orchard Bank downhill from the main complex. Snowdrop is comfortably furnished to a good standard and has everything you need for a perfect break. It is double-glazed and centrally heated. It is a short walk downhill from the door to the lovely sandy beach with a cafe and water sports (charges apply on-site). There is parking for one car.  
  
Play passes that permit access to Haven's facilities, entertainment and activities are not included in the price quoted which is for self-catering caravan hire only. The facilities and entertainment on site are run by Haven Holidays and as such we have no control over these. Please note that park facilities are closed between November and March.  
  
Snowdrop is dog-friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.  
  
Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels or we can hire it for you locally at an additional charge.  
  
Strictly no smoking, no stiletto heels and no charging of electric vehicles at the caravan (fire risks - Haven rule).

#### Snowdrop Caravan 

All of the booking, directions and correspondence were very good. Unfortunately when we walked into the caravan there was an overwhelming smell coming from the carpets and sofas. We opened the windows but every time you moved on the sofa the smell would waft. I was expecting maybe a slight smell of dog due to pets being allowed but this was really bad. We decided to leave after our first night, I emailed the bookings team after we’d left to inform them. We were offered for it to be cleaned - which would have meant an upholstery cleaner so that was not feasible. We were offered another caravan but didn’t want to move all our stuff to have the same problem, the original caravan should have been of a good standard. The caravan needs a deep clean of the carpet and sofas, as it would not be fair to take anymore bookings until this is done.
