Part of a prestigious development situated on Poole Quay. This is a spacious one bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor. It benefits from a double aspect living area with partial views over Sandbanks, the harbour and town. Conveniently located for the town and all its amenities. Dolphin Quays\` prestigious foyer offers a 24 hour front desk security service with the benefit of secure on-site car parking.  
  
Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lifts and spacious hallways to the apartment. Hall, Open plan Lounge and Dining Area with fully fitted Miele Kitchen. Bedroom (6ft zip and link superkingsize double or 3ft twin beds) with Bathroom (bath with separate shower cubicle).  
  
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development\`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).  
  
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.  
  
Technology - WIFI. TV with freeview. DVD player. CD player. TV in bedroom. Bluetooth Speaker.  
  
Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / feature gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.  
  
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.  
  
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).  
  
The Neighborhood:  
POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman\`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors\` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

#### Great location

Great location, Tesco Express and coffee shop right below. Lovely walk along the harbor. Not suitable for anyone unfit - very long walk from the garage to carry cases and groceries.
