Broadband, flatscreen televisions, Blueray DVD player all included. The Space: Situated in the heart of Poole Town and only minutes from Poole Quay! Curlew is an 8th floor, one bedroom apartment located just a couple of minutes from numerous wonderful restaurants and bars, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes\` walk from the Quay and all its activities. Stylish furnishing throughout. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from a flatscreen 37 inch LED flatscreen television with Sony Blueray DVD, Sony Music Dock, Broadband and Telephone (for incoming calls only). The apartment also benefits from a balcony with town views and harbour glimpses. The fully fitted kitchen area contains all modern appliances including a 4-burner gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. There is one bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with LG 22 inch flatscreen television and LG Blueray DVD player. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Parking – Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins). The Neighborhood: POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter?
