The property benefits from a small balcony with access from both the lounge and second bedroom. Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area with doors to the balcony with views of the harbour. Good quality furnishing and comprehensively equipped throughout. Master Bedroom ( (6ft superkingsize double) with ensuite (bath and separate shower cubicle).
