The house is easy to find and has plenty of parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The road in from is a major thoroughfare but is surprisingly not overly busy so we never had problems exiting or entering the property. The house is especially good for sharing as all the bedrooms are in different parts of the house creating great privacy. The kitchen placement is a little different as things have to be carried down a hallway to the eating area. The house is well appointed and comfortable. The back porch offers great relaxed views and comfort to watch the waves roll in. We especially enjoyed it in the afternoon with our libations and snacks. I would suggest a roll up shade on the pergola to allow the same experience in the morning without the sun baking you. The ocean in front was shallow enough to allow lots of wading and sitting in the surf without danger. The beach is great for shelling and the Coquina shells number in the "jillions". It is long and straight so it's perfect for relaxed walking (or running). The Publix supermarket is a short drive and has several restaurants there including Beaches with very large portions and Fire Wok for the budget minded but really good Chinese food. As a recommendation, O.C. Whites, Harrys and Casa Raina in St. Augustine were all very good. We were there for a very pleasant 10 day stay.
