very overpriced for what it was. The accommodations were the bare minimum. This is a place for “affordable” travelling and yet you don’t have access to a kitchen to make your own food. It was extremely noisy - there was a group of soccer boys running around everywhere and yelling at 10 pm at night. Would not return due to it being overpriced for very mediocre accommodations.

Spent one night for a long layover, city is right outside the door, room was clean and quiet. Big bathroom and shower rooms.

One night stay
This is a lovely little youth hostel. It’s YHA so it’s a bit more rigorous with rules than other local hostels, but it attracts a more well behaved clientele. Street noise was a bit of a problem, and the doors make a lot of noise when your roommates are coming in at late hours of the night (a manual turn-key must be used). Also, there is no A/C in the rooms, and the beds were quite sagging. Breakfast was generous for a hostel. It was a fair price for an overall above average property.

Pousada de Juventude com muito boas condições. Instalações recentes, bem preservadas. Higiene e limpeza asseguradas. Pequeno-almoço ajustado. Staff simpático. Gostei muito!

Hostal close to downtown
Overall the Hostal is in poor condition: bathrooms: lack of cleanness and some reparations are required. The rooms: walls need to be painted, lockers in bad conditions, lack of electrical outlets. Only WIFI in the reception and living room. If you stay there more that three day, you will have the same breakfast... no many options. The staff is welcoming and try to help you with all you need.

Os funcionários, são super simpáticos e atenciosos, destaco o Hugo. Está tudo muito limpo e o pequeno almoço é muito agradável, ter estacionamento sempre à porta é ótimo, quando voltar a São Miguel, fico lá com toda a certeza.

Magnifiques locaux, propreté irréprochable, literie très confortable. Juste un peu léger au niveau du service (yaourt/fruit quand on part tôt pour l aéroport alors qu il est vanté dans la présentation sa proximité a l aéroport)

Trop de bruit, même pour une auberge
Auberge propre, chambre privée spacieuse. Personnel sympathique mais ne va pas au delà d’un accueil standard (dommage pour une auberge). Le gros problème est le bruit dans l’auberge : le moindre bruit résonne fortement dans le bâtiment principal de l’auberge, impossible de dormir tant que des personnes parlaient dans la salle commune qui est à l'étage inférieur. Il faudrait mieux insonoriser le bâtiment. Si vous ne pouvez pas dormir avec même un peu de bruit, alors passez votre chemin. Ou apportez absolument des boules quies.

Tolles Zimmer sehr preisgünstig
Unterkunft und Zimmer sind sehr schön! Das Frühstücke könnte etwas Gemüse vertragen, aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen und sehr günstig!

Youth Hostel agréable et bien placé
Arrivée vers 15h à Ponta Delgada nous avons assez rapidement trouvé l'établissement. Il est très facile de se garer et le centre de ville est accessible à pied très rapidement.

O quarto precisava de umas pequenas obras, tinha um cheiro estranho, a roupa da cama encontrava-se descosida. O edifício da pousada é bonito e encontra-se bem situado, mas precisa de certas obras para se tornar mais confortável. Deu para desenrascar, mas não voltava a ficar hospedada lá.
