It's also located across one of the very few traffic-free beaches in the area! Step through the front double doors on the second level to a sprawling living room. The bar inside of the living room makes it the perfect gathering spot in the home and is completed by a large flat screen television. From the living, step out onto your private balcony that overlooks the pool and fire pit below. This balcony has newly added Plexiglas across the entire railing, making it safe for even the most curious tiny traveler. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious kitchen and dining room. An abundance of counter space, double oven, and ample seating make this fully stocked kitchen any cook’s dream! Just behind the kitchen is the hybrid office/bedroom which holds a computer for your use and full bed. The photos show a sleeper sofa but this very recently broke a replaced with a traditional, full bed. Please know that the office does have a door with glass so it doesn't have full privacy. The primary suite is also located off of the living room on the second floor. Decked out with two armoires, a king bed, and Dyson fan this primary suite is loaded with luxury! The sprawling ensuite primary bathroom hosts an oversized Jacuzzi bathtub, a double vanity, an over-sized walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Once you walk upstairs to the third floor, you can look out over the living room below as you head into the two guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The first guest bedroom has an abundance of sleeping space with a queen and a twin bed. The oversized armoire, flat-screen television, and ensuite bathroom complete the room. Across the hallway is the second guest bedroom where you can partially view the ocean across the street with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. The first floor of the home has an additional kitchen that comes equipped with everything but an oven! The pool entrance is also located on the first floor making this kitchen a great spot to prepare poolside meals. There an additional sleeping area off of the kitchen with a queen bed, flat-screen television, and furnished sitting area. The full bathroom off of the kitchen and two car garage offers an easily accessible walk-in shower with a low edge. This bathroom with an exterior entrance is the perfect restroom when using the pool and beach. The laundry room conveniently contains full units, a utility sink, and an iron/ironing board. Head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to take in the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round! You can fit the whole group in this over-sized pool and expansive surrounding deck. The pool also has large, shallow area on the left side which is perfect for the tiniest family members to splash around or to lounge in the sun while keeping cool. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated but does contain a hot tub. A grill and plenty of outdoor seating make this backyard the perfect outdoor gathering spot. After a long day of fun in the sun, head into the backyard to enjoy wine in an Adirondack chair by the fire pit. Bring the kids and enjoy S’mores on an open fire surrounded by the luxuries this home has to offer. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. We were disappointed to find that there were only 3 bedrooms instead of the 4 advertised. I don’t consider putting a bed in the rec room a bedroom. We had planned to use that space for our grandchildren and it worked great for that. It did not work as a bedroom for our adult children since everyone had to go through that space to access the pool. We had to use the study for them and it has a clear door on it and only a blow-up mattress for a bed. They had to use the master bath for their bathroom. Séjour de 7 nuits en novembre 2021 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Cynthia B. 17 nov. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Vacation Very spacious. Great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants nearby. They were still cleaning when we got to the property. We were only 30 min early and stated no one had been there in 2 weeks. So why not have cleaned the day before? Pool was dirty and had dead frogs in it. They said someone would be there to clean it. They did come the following day. First morning tried to make coffee, but the coffee pot was broken. Called the office only to get an answering machine. Towels and washcloths do not look like they have been replaced in years. Holes and see through spots in most of them. Worst part of the whole experience is the fact that the property is listed as 5.3 miles from the Daytona Speedway when actually is over 14 miles to the speedway. We came for a four day festival at the speedway hoping to uber back and forth since it was so close. Two nights we had to wait over 2 hours for an Uber to pick us up, making it 2am or later when we finally made it back to the property. Also costing us almost triple price each day. I was satisfied with the property but hoping they will update the mileage, cleanliness and linens. ##### Cynthia B. It has everything you need. 2 minute walk to the beach. Pool area was great for evening hanging. We weren't able to get the hot tub working, but I think it was operator error. Loved that the beach was across the street and a very quite neighborhood. Only problem we had was refrigerator smelled when we got there and was not getting cold we callled and was told someone would be there on Wednesday and this was a Saturday . But by Monday it started getting cold so we told them it was good but by Thursday is was not cold again . Other then that we would definitely stay again . ##### mark f. The location was amazing for the family. Quiet. Not a ton of traffic. Easy access to the beach. Great layout for multi people to hangout. It was really easy for a handicap individual and also lovely to find a wheelchair at the house to help get to the beach. My only eh were the beds. A few things were not working (dishwasher had some issues, lights, etc.) but for the most part everything was great. The only thing I wish I had been able to tel better was about the stairs. We had little ones with us, and the stairs are a main part of the house, not separate in any way. Additionally some of the interior and exterior balcony railings were wide enough that the little one could have fallen through if they had gotten to them. Just a caution for anyone with little ones. Otherwise, great house, great location, really quiet and great beach access. ##### Timothy H. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is really close to the beach. Walk down one house cross the street and your at the beach. The backyard is large and beautiful we had a fire and made s’mores while we were there. The kids really enjoyed having a private pool. Everything was perfect. ##### michelle s. We loved the place, but the spacing of the spindles on the railings of the 2nd floor balcony and the outside balcony above the pool are over 5 inches and not to code.
