Relax on the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the shrimp boats offshore, while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Walk the beautiful sandy beach and hear the crashing waves. Often surfers can be seen enjoying the surf and the bird life is amazing! It is also a turtle sanctuary. Located on the property is a large, heated saltwater pool! This is as close to the ocean as you can get! This completely updated condo is located on the 6th floor perfect for beach views with an excellent vantage point! It is directly on the ocean unlike many other condos that have a pool blocking your view of the beautiful Atlantic. The unit sleeps 7\. The condo is a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath accommodation. The master bedroom has a brand-new king bed with premium bedding and linens. The second bedroom is equipped with brand new queen over twin trundle bed. All furniture, mattresses and linens are brand new. The living room couch pulls out to a Full Sleeper. The furnishings are all brand new and tastefully decorated with a serene beach feel. Full size washer/dryer in unit, along with beach chairs and towels to use! The amenities were well above average and very well maintained. We loved the extra little touches like binoculars to spot the dolphins in the mornings and great beach chairs for enjoying the afternoons. Bree made sure to think of everything (kitchen soaps, laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, floor fans). Since there is no ceiling fan in the spare bedroom the fans were a big welcome for people who love sleeping with one. Bree was so responsive throughout the process from start to finish. We were a bit hesitant to book since there were only a few reviews but there have been many who have stayed according to the guest book. If there was any hiccup it would be the ongoing repairs to the beach and building. I stayed in this building a year ago and there were a lot more painters and scaffolding outside the unit that we dealt with but Bree’s unit is in a section that is completed now. The beach does have large trucks delivering sand up and down the beach a ways. We only had to deal with it for a few hours before they stopped and since it was a Friday through a Sunday stay, they were not seen afterwards. There is a great outdoor restaurant within walking distance so we spent the day at the beach and literally just walked up to it without having to get dressed up.
