### 16th Century Farmhouse with Enclosed Garden and WiFi

On a 16th-century estate housing the owners' home, the Maison des Cadets is a former detached stone farmhouse with a private terrace (30 m²) and a large walled orchard (2,000 m²). It boasts exceptional views of the Polignac fortress.  
  
Nearby: Polignac (1 km) (medieval fortress, small shops), Le Puy-en-Velay (3 km) (start of the Via Podensis, Romanesque cathedral, St. Michel rock, Notre Dame de France, all shops and services). Ground floor: kitchen, living room (TV, fireplace), shower room-toilet.  
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), one with an en-suite shower room, bathroom, toilet.  
  
Free wood for the fireplace for a fire.  
Baby equipment: crib and high chair.  
Free Wi-Fi access.
