The property owner is very communicative and easy to get along with, and he just wants you to have a good stay. The place is very much a classic Jersey beach house - could use a deep clean and a little attention to some mildew in the bathroom. Eclectic collection of decor makes for a great game of I Spy on a rainy day. It is cozy, but does make you feel a little like you're intruding on someone's actively lived-in home.
