« On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay)
we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

« L’endroit est idyllique et paradisiaque surtout avec des enfants. Par contre, le Check in est lamentable. Tout d’abord, on m’envoie un no de code, mais arrivé sur place, il ne fonctionne pas. J’envoie la demande et 5 min plus tard, je reçois un autre code qui fonctionne. En arrivant devant l’appartement, il faut une clef. J’appelle et 15 min plus tard, j’apprend qu’il faut aller chercher la clef dans une boîte à clef située à 1 km de là. Cela aurait été bien plus simple si on m’avait donné...
