***MANDATORY COMMUNITY REGISTRATION & FEES

Arrowhead Lake is a secure, gated community with strict rules. To ensure seamless entry, we handle the mandatory registration process for you one week before your arrival.
• NO SURPRISE FEES: Your reservation total 100% includes community registration fees, temporary membership amenity passes, and one (1) complimentary vehicle gate pass for the total number of guests confirmed in your booking!
• ADDITIONAL VEHICLES: All vehicles must be registered. You can purchase additional vehicle gate passes for $20 each.
• STRICT HOA LATE FEE ($100): All details and registration must be finalized at least 3 days before your arrival. The community does NOT accept registrations, payments, or changes on your check-in day. A strict $100 late fee applies if you complete registration less than 3 days before arrival.
• EXTRA GUESTS: Please ensure your guest count is 100% accurate when booking. Adding additional guests after booking, even for part of the trip, is $20 per person per day. Undisclosed guests will result in violation penalties.

*** MANDATORY WILDLIFE & PROPERTY SAFETY LAWS

• LOCAL TRASH LAW: Due to wild animals, the community's HOA strictly requires everyone to transport their own garbage to the disposal facility at the main gate during your stay or upon departure. This prevents bears from breaking into properties. Leaving trash in or outside the house carries a trash collection fee/fine of up to $100.
• COMMUNITY FIRE BANS: Open wood fires are strictly prohibited during high-hazard or drought alerts. Security will issue an immediate $500 fine for violations, charged directly to the guest.
• DOG POLICY: Up to two small, non-shedding dogs are welcome for FREE. For shedding dogs, only ONE is welcome with a mandatory pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay (non-negotiable).
