On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Plovan, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, 20 m from the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 2 ha, lawn. Private: garden 1'500 m2 (not fenced) lawn, parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 6 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 4 km. Surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Penmarc'h, La Torche 19 km, Pont l'Abbé 12 km, Audierne 23 km, Douarnenez 19 km, pointe du Raz 35 km, Quimper 26 km. Hiking paths: GR 34, Baie d'Audierne, Cap Sizun. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. FR2948.601.1 is situated on the same property.  
"La Torche", 5-room terraced house 180 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: lounge with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Dining room with dining table. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
