This vast house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a large living area including a living room-dining room, a large veranda overlooking the garden, an imposing kitchen with direct access to a terrace facing due south. A back kitchen, a water room, a WC and a bedroom complete this level. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms give direct access to a large terrace with sea view, as well as a bathroom. The tree-lined park in which the house is located is bordered by the sea on 180° and protects its inhabitants from any overlooking. A bucolic place to spend memorable moments with family or friends.



Leisure: Beaches, rock pooling, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports in all seasons (Surfing, Kitesurfing, Sand yachting, kayaking...). Numerous possibilities for walking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths). The town centre of Plouhinec and its supermarket are 5 minutes by car.

Market in Plouhinec on Wednesday and in Belz on Sunday.
