This spacious and bright house (160 m2) with large garden (1200 m2) is located in a dead end street, 50 m from the sea and the GR34, on a peninsula in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose: Family reunion or with friends, you can recharge your batteries in complete serenity: sport, fishing, walking, relaxing.... alone or together, the activities are multiple and the house is spacious enough to allow solo moments. Oct 2, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Die Villa ist sehr gemütlich und hervorragend ausgestattet – auch für Familien mit Kleinkind, da wirklich alles vorhanden ist: ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher (sogar Strandhandtücher) und Bettwäsche zum Wechseln. Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer, etwa 600 m zum Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen haben uns der großzügige Garten und die ruhige Umgebung. Quasi direkr vor der Haustür verläuft der GR 34-Wanderweg, perfekt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Die Küste und die Wege in der Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. ##### Horst G.
