  • Wooden frame house located on the edge of a wood and in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, 3 km from the beaches of Trébeurden and Beg Leguer, on the Lannion-Trébeurden axis. 10 minutes from Perros-Guirec.
    -3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor plus a mezzanine can accommodate 8 beds.
    -2 bathrooms (one with bathtub)
    -an equipped kitchen with everything available: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine in the garage
    -Swimming pool heated to 26 degrees from May to September
