Loved rhebplace but too far from everything
We really enjoyed the property. The condo itself had a few issues but i think its just how mexico is. The water pressure was terrible and we had to clean out sand from the tap filters. Also the last two days our power went out as it is in a residential area and there is construction. Apparently it usually only happens a few times a year. The condo itself was decent but could use more kitchen things like smaller pots, a kettle, spatulas, baking sheets and pans and more bowls and storage bowls. Also the bedding and towels are a little "tired". We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this one could use a welcome package. Its always nice to get local onfo as well as information about the condo and complex. The caretakers Kendra and Jesus were awesome! Very helpful with anything we needed. Overall it was a good place, we stayed for a month and enjoyed the place. The negative is its too far from the beach, restaurants and shopping. As we were not comfortable renting a car we spent quite a bit on transportsion.

Great location. Amazing facilities.
Since the beginning, we felt comfortable, great communication and flexibility, very kind and responsive management. The property was exactly as listed. Just what we needed. The swimming pool was steps away from the house. There was a person at the gate 24/7. Is located close to the mayor places to visit in Playa del Carmen.The house was clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very nice and secure property. Overall it was a great stay. 100% recommended.

Amazing service
Had such an amazing week staying at this place. It’s in a safe place and close to mostly everything. They help you with everything you need. Taxi service, pick up or drop off to airport. Anything you need they can help you with. The house had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be recommending family and friends. Thank you 😃

Nice place for a getaway:)
Loved the community and people in the area. The place was like the listing and we had a great time. There were small details that would have helped the stay like how to start the hot water tank and getting in and out of the gate. But all in all I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

New Years at Playa Del Carmen
Very clean and well kept apartment. The apartment is inside a gated community and so you need to coordinate access with the owner. It is in a very quiet location, exactly what we wanted. We had a rental car and were able to get everywhere we wanted to fairly easily. We didn't spend much time at the pool, but my kids went down one evening and said it was nice. There is also a clubhouse onsite that you have access to, although we didn't use it.
