Wonderful Family Vacation
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Frajari. Our group ranged from young children to grandparents and the house had something to offer for everyone. We used Chef Daveed Chef service during our stay and Chef Marko and Andrea were wonderful! Unfortunately, during our stay, the beach in front of the house was covered in seaweed, making the ocean impossible to swim in; however, the pool was wonderful and we spent all day enjoying it! I would recommend Casa Frajari to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Playa Del Carmen.

The house is top notch. Great service from Martina and our chef that Martina recommended. You have to walk about 4 minutes to get in the ocean as the “beach” in front of the house is rocky. However, the team and service was unrivaled. Would stay again

First off, Martina was the absolute best!! Communicative throughout the planning process and during the trip. The villa was gorgeous with plenty of seating area for our party of 13 adults. The rooms & beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were all spacious and clean. The cleaning ladies came daily and we always had everything we needed. Chef Paula was amazing as well. Her team prepared meals for us everyday and everything was delicious and plentiful. We relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the beach & we loved that there were enough chairs for everyone to lay out on. The beach is literally touching distance! Overall, this trip was amazing and the minute we got there everything was so easy. Martina helped us with cars and getting around. Helped plan massages for us (which I highly recommend) and was always available to help. I'm already trying to figure out when we can come back!!

Heaven on the Beach
Our extraordinary stay started with our extraordinary host. Great communication and helpful service from booking all the way through check-out. She helped us with so many elements of our trip and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a success. I wanted to host my friends for an unbelievable weekend and this property is the PERFECT place to do it. Everyone remarked the whole time on how they couldn't believe a place this beautiful exists / they were staying in it. Giving my most enthusiastic recommendation!! If you have the opportunity to host a family or friend trip of any kind - this is the place to do it! If you have any hesitation... "is this as beautiful as it looks in the pictures?" Rest assured when you walk in you will see it's even far more beautiful. Book with haste and enjoy! :)

Great location. Property as described. Clean very nice rooms and bathroom. Short walk into town. Great sand and beach. Pool adequate. Hot water takes 10 plus minutes to get hot. Hot tub needed to be cleaned.

Dear Todd, thank you for your feedback. Jacuzzi was full of sand because you did not wash your feet after being on the beach and jumped straight into it and unfortunately it rained daily during your stay, so weather conditions did not collaborate much. I wonder why didn't you mention anything while here? I spoke quite often with your wife and she said everything was perfect, even better than described. I wish you would have told me here.

Casa Frajari Delivers!
We were a family of 13 adults and 1 3-year old. Three of us had attended middle/high school in Mexico City…we know Mexico and love its culture and people. Casa Frajari was a great platform to explore the Mayan Yucatan history. We loved returning to our seaside palace, after visiting Chichen Ixta, Tulum or even Xel-Ha…Martina’s recommendations for tour guides or in-home chefs, made our experience special. We hope to return soon!!

If there were a 10 star option, we'd give it. Every little detail of this trip was beyond our expectations. The communication with booking and transportation, was seamless. We had a group of 14 adults. The house was perfect for our group. It was spotless and stayed that way with the housekeeping service that comes every day. We highly recommend using the Chef Service Uxata. The meals were amazing and so nice to not have to leave the house, although the location is perfect with an easy walk to downtown Playa del Carmen if you choose. Best of all, you cannot possibly find a place closer to the beach. Our evenings spent outside on the patio listening to the waves crashing were something out of a movie. We cannot wait to plan our next trip back! Thank you for everything, Martina!

Great House and Location
Was there on a business retreat with six other people and had an amazing time. The house is exactly as advertised. Safe neighborhood and a short 15 minute walk to the middle of everything. Martina was terrific and able to help with everything we needed. House keeping staff was great. We hired Paula and her staff to cook dinner and brunch for us and the food was amazing. All in all this trip was worth every penny.

I cannot say enough great things about Martina and Casa Frajari. We had 16 ladies on a bachelorette party with big plans to go out but we ended up rarely leaving the house! Highly recommend Chef Paula and her crew. Don’t skip out on the bartender service either, they were amazing. The only thing I would have done differently was reserve them for more meals. This house is an absolute gem. I hope to return in the future.

Casa Frajari is a wonderful vacation home. We had a group of 11 and truly enjoyed our stay. The Location is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but you may not feel the need to leave. The house is a destination itself. We spent most of our time on the beach and by the pool. Martina was extremely helpful and Chef Paula's team cooked several excellent meals for us. We will be back.

Our group visited for a Bachelorette weekend with 18 guests. The house is beautiful and spacious — exactly like the photos show. This was my second stay at the property and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The property manager Martina is responsive and extremely helpful. She helped me book transportation, make dinner reservations and book a gourmet chef to make us delicious food each day. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We were on the hunt for a spacious house that could comfortably accommodate our group of 17 family members, with ample room for adults, teens, and kids alike. This property exceeded our expectations in every way! I wholeheartedly recommend it and would undoubtedly choose to stay here again. The bedrooms are all generously sized, ensuring that no one ends up with an unfavorable one. The living spaces are vast, offering three dining options: formal, casual, and a delightful outdoor wet dining area. The pool and spa are just the right size for a large group, providing endless fun and relaxation. However, the true gem of this house is Martina, the wonderful host. She was patient, extremely communicative, and took care of everything seamlessly without intruding on our privacy. Our experience with her as our host has been unparalleled. Best trip ever
We rented this home for a 40th birthday celebration/ vacation. 4 families, with kids. We had 18 people total and this house was perfect for a group our size. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is stunning, just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is super convenient and safe. We loved having housekeeping everyday and were spoiled by having a chef come in on certain days as well. Martina was super helpful and responsive before and throughout our trip. We had a small hiccup with the air conditioning on the day we arrived and she was quick to respond and get the issue resolved for us. 10/10 recommend this house, can’t say enough good things about it. Our whole group loved this trip!

We had the best time staying here. We were a large group and were able to fit comfortably with each bedroom having its own bathroom and closet area. Martina arranged for us a great weekend and was very responsive and attentive to our requests. The housekeeping staff was excellent and felt like we were in a hotel. The views from the two master bedrooms were amazing. The location right on the beach made it easy for people to hang at the pool or be in the ocean with no issue. Martina arranged for us Uxata chef services which did not disappoint! The brunches and dinners were so delicious. We look forward to returning!

Spring Break 2023
Spent Spring Break week in March of 2023 at Casa Frajari with 3 families from Wisconsin. Was impressed by the initial photos, but house is far more impressive in person. 7 large bedroom suites, large modern kitchen, and spectacular pool/hot tub and patio overlooking the beach. Martina and her staff were excellent hosts. Absolutely nothing at all I would change. We will definitely be back.

We spent 3 nights at Casa Frajari and had an amazing time. We were a group of 4 families with teenage kids. The layout of the house and the pool are perfect. Martina was very easy to work with and helped us line up Chef Paula to come to the house for breakfast, snacks and dinner every day, as well as helping us plan outings in the area (cenotes and scuba diving) and even had mariachis come to the house one night! The house is located in Playacar Phase 1 behind a gated entrance and felt very safe. I highly recommend renting Casa Frajari!

Casa Frajari is hands down THE best villa I have ever stayed at. We were just here for my bachelorette in February and the property was even more than I could have imagined. Martina is an incredible host with amazing communication. My only regret was not staying longer. The house is everything you could ever want and more especially for a group trip. Martina was incredibly helpful in arranging chefs (Uxata), transportation, and any other requests we had. I cannot recommend this house enough and I will definitely be back!

We stayed at the property with a large group of guys and it was perfect. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures (probably even nicer)! Everything was very clean and the cleaning staff was so nice and helpful. Martina was always in touch helping us plan whatever we needed and making sure everything was perfect. This property is absolutely outstanding ! Martina was very helpful, the Chef Paula and Jessica are truly like having a 5 star chef in house! We had one vegan in the family, and all of the food was amazing. There was a nice breeze all the time, even though this was summer in Mexico. We walked into town to the ferry. We did rent cars and drove to cenotes, water park, etc.. There was something for everyone. In addition, the cleaning staff were exceptional and trustworthy . We highly recommend this house. Thank You

Fabulous Playa del Carmen Villa!
Casa Frajari completely lives up to expectations! The property is every bit as beautiful as the photos. Getting there from airport is a short 1-hour and easily navigated drive. (We rented a car.) Villa is located in a lovely, private, gated community just a 5-min walk from Quinta Avenida (5th Ave). Martina, our property manager, was amazingly accessible and helpful before and during our stay. She made excellent recommendations for private chefs, tour guides, and local dining options. Daily cleaning service (inside and out) was flawless! They were all so nice and helpful, responding for basically whatever we needed. We spent two weeks at Casa Frajari, and enjoyed every minute -- sometimes active, and sometimes being just completely chill, out by the pool, watching the waves coming in to the beach (just steps below). To make it official, yes, I would definitely recommend staying at Casa Frajari!

Overall, a beautiful house and a great vacation.
The good: This place was pretty amazing. Plenty of room for our group of 15. The house is beautiful, sitting in a secure neighborhood. It was nice to have bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, utensils, and cookware. The pool was clean when we arrived, and even had someone checking the chemicals mid-stay. The A/C worked well, which was certainly needed as it was a hot week. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit around the tables during meals, and to relax on the living room sofas. The views out the master bedroom was incredible, with giant windows along one wall. We were walking distance to 5th avenue and all the shopping, bars and restaurants. The not so good: communication wasn’t great. We didn’t get check-in instructions and had to message multiple times. Finally Martina messaged us one day before our arrival and said we could not check in until 4:00, even though the listing said check-in was at 3:00. When we did get inside the house, there was a welcome book, but it only had a couple of pages with very minimal information. There is daily housekeeping (except for Sunday), and they have their own keys, so they come in a side entrance whenever and without any notice. By the end of the stay we were all out of toilet paper, which I would have expected to be replaced with daily housekeeping. Then on the day we checkout, (which was supposed to be at 11:00) the cleaners came in at 9:00 and started cleaning. One room had left early, so they started completely cleaning that room. Then they moved onto other rooms and started bringing out our stuff. We ended up leaving by 10:15 because it was so awkward and rushed. Most of the pictures of the house are accurate, but the colored pool lights never worked and the outdoor furniture was different. But the most deceiving was the beach. In the pictures it looks descent sized. Yes, we were expecting seaweed and there was quite a bit. But there was only a very small area to walk in front of the house. Wide angle lenses make the beach look bigger than it was. Overall: We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. For the price, there were a couple of little things I would have expected to be better, including the communication. All of our friends and family were impressed and had a wonderful week.

I rented this house for my sister's bachelorette party and we had a total of 13 girls staying for 4 nights -- this house was perfect. Martina is wonderful and set up everything for us ahead of time. She arranged airport transfers, vans to take us out to dinner, pre-stocking of groceries, and Chef Ana Paula to cook for us one night. The house is just as stunning as it looks in the photos and you truly get a luxury experience with this house. I cannot recommend it enough!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were clean and the layout with a bathroom in each room was perfect. We came for a bachelorette party in Early June (14 people total) and Martina did a good job at setting us up with: A chef- the food was incredible WITH vegan options. We did family style. Seriously the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Mariachi band- they were a little late but it was actually perfect timing. They were super fun. And got us up dancing! Bartender- super helpful with welcome drinks and shots! Transportation- we scheduled a van that fit us all to take us to dinner in the city center. On time and perfect! The villa is super close to the city so we walked back! There were a few communication issues with cash only for all services. Martina was great but I think the voice memos would have been better off as written messages so certain things didn’t get lost in translation. Other small things to note: Daily housekeeping DOESN’T come in Sundays. You can not flush toilet paper in the toilet. The sliding door to get out to the pool was extremely heavy and we couldn’t use the screen door because it was even harder to get it open while going in and out. Overall our stay was wonderful. The house is truly great and exceeds the pictures plus the couches are super comfortable!

We booked this beautiful home 10 months prior to our trip. We chose it because the reviews were amazing, the photos were beautiful & it was the perfect layout for our group of 13 adults. Upon arrival, it was immaculate. For a fee, we were able to check in early (noon) as our flights arrived in the morning. We requested round trip airport transportation through the host & were extremely pleased with their timeliness & professionalism. Housekeeping was there daily and were thorough & professional. We had a small issue with drainage in a couple of the showers and the maintenance guys took care of it promptly. The pool was clean & the temperature was perfect. I was a little disappointed that the colorful pool lighting in the photos no longer exists due to maintenance issues, though. There were some shade umbrellas and some boogie boards. We brought our own floats & left them for the next guests. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit which was great for our group as we all like to sleep in different temperatures. The beds were most likely a form of tempurpedic, not coil, firm & very comfortable. They are all low to the ground which wasn’t a problem for most of us. My 60 year old father in law found the bed to be difficult to get out of, though. Inside & outside offered plenty of seating and space for everyone not to feel crowded. We had a small intimate wedding on the veranda. Our wedding planner was recommended by the host. She was wonderful! Lastly, I can’t say enough about the catering company Uxata and Chef Paula Alonso! We requested brunch & dinner daily and were blown away with the presentation, creativity, and deliciousness of every meal. These ladies were incredible! They were quiet, kind, respectful & efficient. The whole experience is one I would love to relive! Casa Frajari is a beautiful home with amazing views! You can’t go wrong choosing this property!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent stay at Casa Frajari! Highly Recommend!!! My husband and I celebrated both of our 50th birthdays here with 7 other couples. The home fit us perfectly (16 guests total)...we had plenty of space to hang out all together and privacy when it was needed/wanted. Martina, the VRBO host, was incredibly helpful both before our and during our stay. She guided us on many things and helped us execute/coordinate things like transportation for our group to go out to eat/go golfing, a DJ for our birthday party, making reservations at local restaurants, and so much more! Martina also recommended to us the catering services of Chef Paula with Uxata Catering. Chef Paula and her team were outstanding! The food was delicious and we absolutely loved not having to lift a finger when it came to meal time!!! They catered 2 brunches for us as well as 3 dinners (including dinner on the night of our birthday party with the most delicious birthday cake!). We highly recommend Chef Paula! The home is located in a very safe neighborhood and conveniently located for going into downtown Playa del Carmen. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and right on the beach...which of course, is fabulous! I will say there was a lot of seaweed (sargassum) during our stay. Unfortunately, there is no real way to predict whether it seaweed will be there during your stay, as it is a problem that comes and goes on many Mexican beaches due to climate changes. However, I would not let it sway you from staying at Casa Frajari!!! You just should be aware that it is a possibility so you can prepare yourself. And I will say this, in spite of the seaweed...we still had the MOST INCREDIBLE stay! We spent our days/evenings outside on the home's beautiful back patio...in the wonderful pool/hot tub and lounging on the chairs...while looking out at the (still!) very beautiful ocean! We are already looking forward to returning to Casa Frajari in the future! Thank you Martina for everything!!! You helped to make our 50th birthday celebration absolutely amazing and we are forever grateful for the memories we created during our stay!!! Lisa & Kurt

Most memorable trip of my life
A group of 17 of us girls stayed at Casa Frajari for my bachelorette party and it was perfect in every single way. The pictures of the property were exactly like the photos (even better actually!) and the property was meticulously maintained. Best part was that there was plenty of room for our group! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was beyond convenient. Martina and her staff were fabulous and helped coordinate every detail flawlessly. The cleaners every morning were great - such a nice perk! Martina helped to coordinate grocery and alcohol drop off so the house was stocked upon arrival. She helped coordinated airport pickups and drop offs as well as to dinner and excursions. We had a private chef cook up a Cinco de Mayo feast and bartenders to keep the drinks flowing. I couldn’t recommend this rental any more. Thank you for everything, Martina! You made this bride-to-be a very happy girl!!

The view from the house is stunning. Martina was very responsive and helpful. The layout of the house and pool are just perfect for parties. We can’t wait to come back to the house and celebrate again!

Casa Frajari is a dream
What a fantastic property! Loved our stay at Casa Frajari. Couldn't believe my eyes when we made it here. As many of the reviews say, the pictures don't even do it justice. I got teary eyed when we arrived because it was just... so... spectacular!!! <3 We had a group of 14 and it was very comfortable for everyone. We had the best time and Martina was an amazing host. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!!

Incredible home with the best views!
We stayed at Casa Frajari for a friend's bachelorette party, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was clean and decorated beautifully and the pool and beach views were more than we could've asked for. Martina was extremely helpful and communicative, and we had everything we needed from help booking a private chef and yoga class, to getting groceries delivered, and more. Would 100% recommend for a group of friends or family trip!

Spectacular memory
Spectacular memory was enjoyed by everyone! The house was sensational… Housekeeping was perfect… The chef was over the top … The view unbelievable and the walks on the beach were treasured by everyone. We have traveled the world and would recommend this home, staff, Chef to everyone!
