Excellent location and price!
The room (#3) overlooked 5th Avenue, so excellent for people watching! It did not include the iron, ironing board or fridge that was listed on our reservation though. The price was excellent for the location. The bedding was well worn, but nice quality. We reserved for 3 people - and got only 1 bath towel, 1 bar of soap. No hand towel or facecloth, which is common in MX but there were numerous warnings about the cost of losing them! On arrival we were given a chit for a free drink at the sister hostel 2 blocks away. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay
The rooms smelled a bit mouldy but otherwise the cleaners did a great job. The location was perfect, right on the main strip yet it was quiet so we could sleep. Just around the corner from the bus station.

Excelente ubicación. El personal es muy insisitente con la hora del check-out y dejaron una toalla menos en la habitación a pesar de que la reserva indicó el número de personas, nos dijeron que era “prestada”. La relación ubicación-precio es inmejorable aunque por la misma es un poco ruidosa en la noche. En general es muy buena opción para disfrutar del corazón de Playa del Carmen aunque las camas son incómodas y el baño es diminuto.

Le foto che si vedono su expedia non sono foto reali , sono foto di un altro albergo che ha solo a disposizione 1 camera ,il resto delle camere sono state comprare da persone. Quindi ti dislocano in un albergo sulla 5 avenida zona centrale ,ma le stanze pessime , non hanno nessun confort , e servizi , come frigo e altre cose . Sono solo molto sporche ma sporche sporche , il bagno e minuscolo non ha finestre ovviamente non é dotato di estrattore. Non hanno il fono , ho chiesto piu di una volta di procurarlo ma nulla ,quindi ho dovuto comprarlo, diciamo che ci fa schifo stare qui dentro ,gli asciugamani e l'elenzuala sono sempre nere con macchie rosse spero che non sia sangue, ci stanno rovinando la vacanza

Bastante bueno en general.
Buena atencion. Comodo y limpio. El unico inconveniente es que deberian dar aunque sea un champu y verificar que el aire acondicionado no gotee durante la noche.

Hotel en 5a avenida cerca de ADO y playa
La ubicación es buena, pero las habitaciones super pequeñas. Sólo para ir a dormir. El personal regular, falta algo de amabilidad. Teníamos maletas y no nos ofrecieron ayudar a subirlas, aún y cuando las escaleras estaban super inclinadas. Se fue la electricidad durante una hora aproximadamente. Y el personal de limpieza nada amables, como si nos hicieran un favor al ir a limpiar. Creo que deben poner atención en eso. Principalmente en la amabilidad de los empleados en general. Podrían poner también algún mueble o algo para colgar la ropa mojada, por cuando se lava el traje de baño cuando se llega de la playa. A ubicación es buena, porque está cerca de restaurantes, cerca de playas y del ADO, sobre la 5a avenida.

Well located hostel with a bed, nothing extra.
Hotel is in good location, close to Playa Del Carmen center where all shops are. Also very close to ferry terminal to Cozumel Island. Hotel has air conditioner, which is mandatory as it's really hot all day and night. Room is really small with nothing extra. There are towels. Shower is poor but working. Surrounding is quite noisy as there are bars near. For that price you can't expect more though. Employees are friendly.

Mala experiencia
Estuve en el hotel aproximadamente 7 horas en las cuales no hubo ni gota de agua, el servicio al check in fue muy atento y bueno pero eso se acabó en el check out, mal encargada la persona que me atendió, buena ubicacio n pero no vuelvo a este hotel prefiero pagar un poco más y/o caminar más pero con mejor servicio
