Easy communication with property managers with multiple different ways to get in touch. The condo complex is clean and welcoming, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent; located a few short blocks away from 5th Ave (full of shops and restaurants), a block from the beach/beach clubs, and 38th St (more shops and more fun restaurants). Very tourist friendly and easy to get around. We took our 2 kids (ages 4 and 7) with us, and we were very comfortable with the area. They enjoyed the private pool numerous times every day, and the condo's pool is quite amazing as well. It even has a swim up bar with great staff! We could sit on the rooftop terrace every morning and drink our coffee while our kids swam next to us in the private pool. The beach access is also very convenient, and the beach clubs located right next to the access (Mamitas for example) are top-notch. All the restaurants were family friendly, and even went to extra lengths to make sure our kids were having fun. We will absolutely be going again and using this booking! ##### Aaron C. The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was amazing! Great views and furniture (from couches to lounge chairs to a table with chairs), and the plunging pool was so relaxing. Also nice to have a pool and swim up pool bar on the property. This was a perfect location, with a short walk (two blocks) to the beach (don't miss Mamita's Beach Club) and to 5th Avenue. The hosts were so responsive, and all of their recommendations, from activities to restaurants, were spot on. My friends and I are already talking about booking it again next year. ##### Kimberly S. It was a comfortable spacious apartment in a great location between Quinta Av and the beach. We parked under the building but didn’t use our car once, were able to walk everywhere including the beach, calle 38 area for dinner and the Selecto supermarket.
