"This hotel had very reasonable rates, but that is about the only positive thing I have to say. The room was not very clean. It looked like it hadn't been dusted in over a month. In one of the dresser drawers was a plastic bag with a sweater inside that someone had purchased from a drug store. Obviously the maid service was not doing their job. The room also had no towels when I arrived, so I had the inconvenience of having to go to the front desk to get them, as they would not bring them to me....

"Sadly, we only stayed for one night. Had we known how amazing this place was, we would have booked for longer. Martin and Viktoria are incredible hosts, they made us feel right at home. The room looked just like the pictures, and the breakfast was great! "

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. There was a leak in the sink, the bathroom light was like a strobe light it flickered on and off the whole time. The shutter was broken so we couldn’t open the shutter room was...

"A beautiful apartment in a lovely location! Comfy beds, lovely en-suite shower rooms, great furniture and well equipped kitchen. Lovely view not to the front and rear - a stones throw to the beach and to the old town! A few small things…there was an iron but no ironing board. There were pegs but nothing to hang the washing on and there was no broom to sweep the floor, just a small dustpan and brush! Apartment has no parking and parking is a challenge in Estepona. "Great stay! We really enjoyed our time there and are seriously considering booking the house again for next year.A point for improvement would be the cleaning. The cleaning and laundry fees were very high, and the house wasn't as clean as I had expected. The couch cover could have been changed, the floors could have been mopped better, and some of the tablecloths were dirty while others weren't ironed or folded well. The patio hadn't been swept and had sand on it. We had to move some beds to accommodate our children and found dust everywhere. It wasn't horrible (I would have called if it had been), but given the fee we paid, I would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness."

"The property was the same as in the photos. It was clean and tidy. Attention to detail was excellent. The parking space was large and next to the lift which went up to the apartment. WIFI was good but you will need a firestick to watch uk tv. There was Netflix but you would need a subscription.Unfortunately we did have some issues, the dishwasher did not work or the iron. The shower head fell off as soon as water passed through it and the lid was broken on the kettle. New items were ordered and delivered 2 days later apart from the dishwasher.Although super clean there was also an issue with silver fish and earwigs in the kitchen drawers once sprayed they did not return.The location was not good for us as it was up a steep hill which we did not know about. A car is needed to go to the supermarket as both were at the bottom. most of the shops and restaurants are across the main road which only has 2 access points left to the roundabout or right to the bridge. As we are in our 70s with mobility issues it was too much for us.Overall we did enjoy our stay but would not return"
