The hotel is in a nice location, but the area is quite noisy. Additionally, the staff didn't offer any assistance with our luggage, and the Wi-Fi was consistently terrible. They don’t read Expedia communications, as they didn’t follow my instructions.

It was an unforgettable experience. I was blessed to stay in a suite with an in room jacuzzi, very large glass enclosed patio with a western view of the sea. The property is built on a long outcropping of rocks into the sea. You can hear the surf crashing into the rocks. It is unlike anything I have experienced before.
The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating.
There was also a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of breakfast items. The morning breakfast chef and server provided for a delicious and filling breakfast.
The Front desk staff was courteous, accommodating, professional and efficient.
I spent 12 years of my career in Management in 5 star luxury Hotel operations and I would have hired everyone that I met in this property.

"The property was excellent, great pools for the kids. However, the big pool near the beach is overly crowded and we were thankful that we had a smaller pool in front if our room. My kids loved it and the breakfast was excellent. We had an amazing time."
