"From the moment we arrived at Staycity Apart, the staff were welcoming, helpful, organised and supportive. We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient."
