"Staff were proactive in helping us when we had a need. At least three instances of exceptional service come to mind. The breakfast was as diverse as could be for a Western palate. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Snacks and drinks the night before were both creative and tasty, especially the tuna tataki on tostones. Also impressed by the signature cocktail I tried. "

"Really loved the pod concept. Having access to dreams and Zoetry was a nice bonus. Adult infinity pool was really nice. Staff were overall friendly but slow (which is fine, I get it). Food at Zoetry and the adults only part of dreams very good. Breakfast buffet at dreams was decent. I get why people complain about the food but when you’re in a foreign country and eating at an all inclusive it kind of is what it is. Top shelf liquor at adult pool was a nice bonus and the bartenders made really good drinks, they made anything I asked for and it was all really good! I liked that you could walk off the resort and still feel safe. The nearby beach and restaurants were a nice change up. Definitely rent a car and explore all the island has to offer. Beautiful country with friendly people. I don’t like to return to locations because the world is vast and time is limited but I would return here. My only criticism is the butler service (which was heavily advertised) was a little lacking. They were great at making reservations to restaurants but when we asked for drinks or room service they always seemed to be out of everything or it never came. We aren’t huge “butler” people so it wasn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of."

"Perfect place on the WestCoast. We enjoyed the area and the big BIG highlight is the access to the beach club(dj_infinite pool_beach_sunset_happy hour from 16h to 17h). We had a great time there. We usee the kitchen also(was ok, but need new pans/plates(not made in plastic please))."

"The house and location were perfect. The view was absolutely stunning. After exploring beaches in the earlier part of each day, we ended our days in the pool and enjoying the sunset over the ocean - pure bliss. Not having air conditioning during the day was not an issue... with the pivot door and back doors open the breeze that came through was heavenly. We also enjoyed the beach/water within the community as well as the restaurants there. Our only complaint would possibly be that the beds were harder than we personally like. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and place to stay. We were thrilled with it all."

"Got the worst rooms facing a parking lot. Tv was not working in our room. Called reception to send someone to fix it. No one came. Extra towels and pillows were requested several times, in person at reception and by calling 4 to 5 times. No one responded to the request duringbour 3 day stay. None of the restaurants were available to book. Only one the turkish restaurant and we arrived on time. But they told us they cannot take order till enire party is at the table. Terrible service on a holiday. Staff at cocierge counter were rude and the restaurant reservation person was extremely rude. The propety does not feel like a Hilton. The management has no customer service rules. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was our first visit to Curacao, and was very disappointing. "

"The room was clean but ac was not as cold. Not many staff in the bars. Pool was decent. Food in the buffet was good for breakfast but not for diner. Food does not stay warm. Reservations to the restaurants are a must as soon as you arrive, gets full quickly. Rent a car to explore beaches to the west, it’s magnificent!"

"Property well maintain but can be improved on lot No entertainment, no complementary water in the rooms, limited options on the menus in the restaurants. Isolated and very far from town. This resort is for the more mature vacationers who just want peace and quiet "
