I love the hotel, it needs a little update but in general I think it’s a great place, staff is very nice and helpful, I would have liked that it had another restaurant. It has one of the best beaches in Cancun, quiet and clean, very safe area and extremely convenient.

This hotel was great, very relaxing and zen. The location was perfect, not too close to the downtown, but easy 15 mins walk. Staff was very attentive and catering.

Loved the luxury! We had platinum. It gave us access to lounges and a butler. Our butler Hugo was fabulous! Food was delicious and never had long waits. Infinity pool was awesome. Wear lots of sunscreen.

Was for the most part deserted when we were there. Not really a nude beach as most chose to wear suits, but there were a few who took that option.

We went just after the end of the season (September) so food and entertainment options were reduced, so more relaxed. The beaches were great - but too much undertow for most swimmers except in a few places
