"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall...

"This was a great find for us. It's quiet and it of the way. Peaceful and set in rice paddy fields whilst only 10 minute walk to the Indo/StarMart or Babi Guling. Our 3 room villa had a private pool, small kitchen and dining area. TV facilities weren't connected until we asked. Restaurant area is nice and affordable. Decent variety. "When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "The resort is beautiful, clean and i rate it as excellent including the staff. No complaints whatsoever. However, i just can’t belive how dirty the beach is. Garbage is all over. We walked towards the waterfall and the water flowing in and out is dirty. For us it is an easy fix . The vehicles entering the vicinity pay some kind of fees . Where are the fees going?
