"This was my 2nd time stay at this hotel. They changed the system to check-in/out to kiosk. But some staff helped me to resolve my issue. I like there’s natural hot springs and breakfast buffet with some local foods. It ’s about 10 minutes walk from the station and the castle. It’s not luxurious hotel but convenient."

"Immaculate facilities from rooms to the really awesome onsen. Only complaint is the WiFi is slow and not useable at times. Also, having a car here is advised. And there is plenty of free parking. "
