#### Staff perfect, handy to the JR line. 

Amazing staff, very handy location. I have to give the bed and pillow 1/10\. Very uncomfortable for me. If you like a very hard bed you’ll like it. Buffet breakfast was a good start to the day and a small but very handy laundry in the basement.

#### Not so Grand Hotel 

This hotel was like a time warp. I first visited this hotel 15 years ago. The decor, facilities and and overall appearance haven't changed in this time. The bathroom leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The WiFi didn't work. The breakfast had a very limited choice. The only positive was the low cost. This hotel is in desperate need of modernisation or even just redecorating.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It's conveniently located right next to the train station. The staff are very formal which seems to be the standard in Japanese hotels. The hotel itself is quite dated. Definitely felt like going back to the 90s but that wasn't a bad decade so no complaints there!

3人で泊まりました。セミダブルベット2つにソファベットでした。お部屋は広く良かったです。欲を言えばソファベットのお布団も他のベットと同じにして頂けると嬉しかったです。朝食も種類がたくさんありとてもお得感がありました。古い建物のようですがさほど気にならず快適に過ごせました。駅近で食べ物屋さんもあり夜ご飯も困らなかったです。

お風呂に入ってびっくり、まず前の人のハンガーがお風呂場に置きっぱなし トイレが汚れていた 洗面台のカビが酷かった

駅から近いので、慣れない土地でも不安無く泊まれた。掛川花鳥園からも近く、疲れて帰ってすぐ着いたので良かった。 トイレとお風呂の流した時の音とガタツキがちょと気になった。

ホテル内のレストランでディナー2500円のコースで食事を頂きました、大変量も多くとても美味しく頂けました、日曜でしたが予約なして気軽に入れたのもよかったです、また利用したいと思っています。
