The kitchen had everything we needed, the appliances were all brand new, and the beds were very comfortable. Nice view of pond with many native birds. Very quiet with friendly neighbors. Excellent swimming pool. Host was very friendly and prompt in her communications. Plenty of storage space in garage area for 2 cars, 3 kayaks, and 3 bicycles. Location was excellent with several beaches nearby. Good restaurants nearby. The place is immaculate with every need provided for. It was spacious, had plenty of space and met our needs perfectly. The only reason I will not give the neighborhood a 5 star rating is because this community is very strict and not really the best family friendly location. Due to the strictness of the rules in community areas we ended up not feeling like we could enjoy the pool to the fullest and instead went to the beaches on Gaspirilla Island most days- a short drive (but a toll $) and breathtakingly beautiful.
