A car is essential. Ample parking on the property. EV charger available.

Parties are not allowed. To respect our peaceful Placerville neighborhood and comply with local regulations, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Check-in is 4:00 PM. Please inform us of your approximate check-in and check-out times to help us coordinate with our cleaning team and other guests. If checking in after 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum when arriving.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out isn`t available. Please notify us of your planned check-out time so we can alert our housekeepers. Before leaving, kindly:

-Put used dishes in the sink
-Gather used towels
-Sort trash, recycling and compost into the indoor bins
-Turn off lights, adjust the thermostat, and lock up

-This is a non-smoking home. No smoking or vaping inside; smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette or cannabis waste in outdoor trash bins.

-Candles are strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons. Please do not bring or use candles in the home.

-Please avoid putting food in the garbage disposal. Use the provided compost bin for food waste.

-We understand accidents happen. Please let us know right away via Airbnb messaging if any damage occurs during your stay.

-Maximum 4 guests. Please book with your full guest count; visitors must be approved by us in advance to help prevent parties or over-occupancy.

-To help manage energy usage, please turn off lights and adjust the thermostat when leaving the house.

-Please sort trash, recycling, and compost correctly. Bins should be placed curbside by Wednesday evening. Our service will return them Thursday. Do not place trash in the yard waste/compost bin.

-Please do not move or rearrange furniture. It complicates cleaning and resetting the space.

-Pets are welcome with approval; please include them in your booking (the pet fee is charged at booking). Pets must be potty-trained and kept off furniture. Close bedroom doors to restrict pet access, and please pick up after your pet.

-Please wipe their feet when they return from outside

-Please do not use white towels to remove makeup. Makeup towels are provided.


-Turn the gas valve on before use and off afterward to prevent regulator damage. Please scrape the grill and replace the cover after each use.

-Landscapers may enter the backyard without prior notice.

-Do not unplug any devices, including smart home equipment, lamps, routers, or modems. Doing so may disable the smart lock or other systems and result in lockouts or service disruptions.

-Please check thoroughly before you leave. Unfortunately, we are not able to package or ship items left behind.
Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher (we`ll put them away).
Start a load of towels (we`ll switch them to the dryer).
