The hotel is nice. It is in a great location. Our room was clean but there was wear and tear on the furniture and walls. The staff was ok. Not the best but not the worst. I had a problem with my room rate and when I approached Debra at the front desk she told me that the rates fluctuate from day to day. She didn't make any effort to correct the problem. I had to contact Expedia, and they were able to get the rate problem resolved. I also went to the front desk the first night to make them aware of the damage to the desk chair, stains on the couch and marks on the wall. The gentleman at the desk told me to come back tomorrow morning and speak with the front desk. I did, this time I spoke with Debra. She said not to worry about it. The breakfast was great. The gentleman worked diligently to refill the coffee and breakfast entrees. He also made sure the tables were clean. Our room was never cleaned the entire three day stay. We had to call and ask for replacement sheets, towels, and trash bags. Parking was right next to the building which was convenient. This hotel is very family friendly. It was cold weather during our stay, the room was freezing, the heating was not able to bring the temp up to 19 degree C. The staff provided a Space heater from maybe 10 years ago, not working on the first night, and it quit working if I turn it to higher mode. Water was not hot in the shower.
