We\`re a few blocks from one of Pittsburgh\`s largest park\`s which hosts many events including the farmer\`s market on Fridays in the summer/fall. Explore restaurants on Western Ave like Peppi\`s and Nicky\`s Thai. Visit nearby museums such as the Carnegie Science Center, Andy Warhol Museum, and Mattress Factory. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify it, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform. Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee. Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay. Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy! Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. Location Requirement: We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules.
