"Pros: The studio was clean and had all the facilities you need. Equipped kitchen, aircon, smart TV etc. It had the typical Italian characteristics which really made us feel on holiday but also like we were locals. "What a marvelous bed and breakfast. The apartment was spacious and comfortably fit our family of 5\. The views and amenities were superb. We really liked walking throughout the property and exploring the hillside. It was a very peaceful and relaxing space which we enjoyed immensely. Our hosts were fantastic. "Great stay in a spacious and well equipped apartment, presented to a high standard. Host couldn’t do enough to help, including ensuring we had bikes to meet our needs. Which was a welcome surprise for our stay! The super efficient air conditioning was perfect to keep us and our 2 dogs nice and cool. Would recommend for a visit to a fantastic spot on Lake Iseo."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent! Large selection of savory and sweet with an abundance of food for every appetite and dietary restriction. "The photo advertising Hotel Ulivi could have been taken from our room. We had a lovely view across the grounds, pool, and on to the lake and mountains. We liked the hotel’s location. It was easy to walk along the lake, walk to restaurants, and to Sarnico, an adjacent town, as well as access the road networks to travel around the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had pleasant interactions with hotel staff. There is underground parking if traveling by car, with direct access to the hotel. It was still too chilly to access the pool, but it looked inviting."

"Really lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious, bathroom was nice, the pool was lovely (although I didn’t actually have time for a proper swim) and so were the staff The bed wasn’t the comfiest on planet Earth and there wasn’t much natural light in the room, but the area is so beautiful I’m not sure why you’d need to stay in there for too long anyway."
